watched lost in translation again since returning from holidaying in japan. so so wonderful. was acutely reminded of being a giant, awkward foreigner attempting to navigate the delicate and altogether baffling japanese culture and technology. i probably bowed to every passing stranger in an attempt not to offend or insult.
bill murray singing roxy music’s more than this completely slays me. like all sofia coppola movies, the soundtrack is exceptional.
